We're in the process of setting up an ISP mail solution based on RedHat
6.1 and exim or possibly qmail. Once we have finished the platform, we
want to be able to set it up anywhere in the world, and because it's
going to run a large number of load-balanced servers, we want to make
sure that the installations are identical on all our boxen. This should
also improve the functioning of TripWire, as well.
So, can anyone tell me how I can script a RedHat installation, either
from CD or (preferably) over NFS (from NetApp Filers... whizz...)? I am
looking for some kind of solution similar to JumpStart for Solaris,
basically a 'slam the floppy in, boot it up and pop off down the pub for
half an hour' install. It's such a mind-numbingly useful thing that I
believe someone must have written one somewhere.
TIA
