We've had excellent performance with Pairgain systems. Not the cheapest,
but usually sync up first try. Most models can just bridge, letting you
choose what you want for any routing. Speeds up to 2MBPS are supported in
most of the simple stuff.
We used a system from Telemagic, I think, calld a WebAccess bridge. But
the provider doesn't think much of them, though ours worked well.
There are others. You should get plenty of responses.
