My box has two NICs, one public facing with a static IP and one
Intranet which uses DHCP. The problem is that on bootup (or whenever
/etc/rc.d/init.d/network start is called) the DHCP request pulls back
both routing and DNS information which overwrites the stuff that I've
put in.
Does anyone know how to tell the DHCP client that I want only an IP
address and a netmask, and not DNS or routes? I've tried creating
/etc/pump.conf with the appropriate options but this seems to have no
effect.
        TIA

        W
