Howdy
I am trying to set up a router on my home lan. Which consists of the
router (nubble), 1) linux desktop machine (capeblanco), and 2) win98
machines (heceta, hatteras). During the installation and configuring of
the router I learned of tcpdump and started looking at the traffic on
the router. There I saw a continuous conversation between the router and
one of the win98 boxes (hatteras).
I have no idea what these lines mean and have looked at the network
settings of both win boxes with no luck. They appear identical yet only
hatteras is in the conversation.
