Microsoft rich text format, AFAIK unuupported even for newer MS mail
programs. M$ Exchange (not Exchange server) is known to produce that and
maybe something else too. Usually it's just the copy of the text message
with bold letters and colored background or something like that. It can
be ignored usually.
