try: man arp
Using NT there is no way to delete tcp/ip connections (neither using linux),
except killing the apps reposible for the connections. You can use server
manager to delete netbios related sessions.

When issuing a netstat -rn I get a display of active IP connections and port
numbers, is there a way to delete a specific connection and port from the
command line? Is there a way to delete all active connections?
