What is the current word on tcp_timestamps and tcp_sack?
I recall some noise a while back about people expirencing stalls when
these options are left enabled.
I too get these stalls when connecting to various sites out on the
Internet, turning off sack and timestamps clearly solves the problem.
Did anyone ever come up with an explanation for this? Is Linux, the remote
end, or my firewall (stupid checkpoint fw-1) broken?
Thanks for any info.
