My best guess is that it will behave as IPv4 does.
The appropriate interface to send the packet out will be looked up in the routing-table and the source IP of your packet will be the IP-address of that particular interface.

I do currently experiment DiffServ for IPv6 with 3 linux machines which each has 2 or 3 network card.
During the experiment, I have one question.
When I send packets,
which ip address of 2 or 3's network card's ip address does packet have?
