Kernel IP routing table

but I think it is not route problem, above is route table.it is ok or not!!!
now I found when ping in the server(200.200.130.1).the linux pc( 200.200.130.6)
run "tcpdump",can not found "arp" request

BUT:ping in the linux pc ,run tcpdump in the server.tcpdump have below messages:
 

         arp who-has kirk.start.com tell jimmy.start.com
         arp reply kirk.start.com is at " netcard address"

>it looks to me that your linux-server is 200.200.130.6 and

    linux  pc     run  ping 200.200.130.1    (200.200.130.6 is pc ip! 200.200.130.1
 server ip)
                  "there server receive the arp"
