Voce nao pode. Para poder ler e-mails , voce necessitaria possuir um IP
valido (ou um IP invalido usando IP masquerading) e o IP-chains teria que
estar permitindo acessos pelas portas POPs
(POP1 e POP2 porta [109], POP3 porta [110]).
Porem ha uma outra opcao, voce podera usar o fetchmail para receber os
e-mail na maquina firewall (que possui, necessariamente, um IP valido) e
depois redistribui-los atraves da rede interna via POP, um script chamado
pelo crontab, de tempos em tempos, faria isso. Ou acessar o firewall por
SSH (Secure Shell) e atraves dele usar o fetchmail.
