I have just subscribed and I am complete mailing-list newbie,
so please be patient with me
Here is my problem
I am running Debian Slink (2.1) distibution and I have
installed mars-nwe package. Everything works just fine.
Everything but one thing.
I have a couple of old msdos diskless stations connected
to my Linux box. They boot correctly, connecting to mars,
but nwconn process for user NOT-LOGGED-IN (as Novell use to
call diskless not-logged client, I understand) wont terminate
after a regular user login.
And worse...There always apear a new NOT-LOGGED-IN nwconn process
with every reboot of a diskless station so after a couple of
reboots there are no free connection left on mars server.
And the worst...after receining SIGTERM SIGKILL or similar
the nwconn become a zombie process. I realy don't know how to
get rid of zombie...
I DO have to run old msdos stuff on those diskless stations
and (to be completely frank) I have to solve this quite quickly
so any help will be areciated.
