NIC drivers

Hello!

        I have a 10/100 PCI ethernet made by CNET. This NIC has one big chip
that I dont know what drivers can I use. That chip is branded as MX and the
model is MX98715AEC.

Do you know if there is a driver to use that NIC? 

The disk that came with the NIC says about all major NOS, including netware
OS2 and SCO unix, but Linux. :(
