Hi folks.

I would like to have two linux boxes set up so they
transparently tunnel the network (arp, broadcasts).
Now the documentation on ip from Alexey is not saying
that much about variations...

Maybe you could help, I have some questions that would
help a lot if answered:

- Do I need "real multicasting" (i.e. 224.x) or does it
work without? (like in the documentation with "lladdr"
  or something?

- Do I have to enable "ip multicast routing" in the ciscos
in between the two linux servers?

- The addresses (local) of the two boxes need to be
different from the /24 I would like to tunnel / bridge,
  right?

Alexander

(please Cc, but I'm on the list anyway)
