You need to enable forwarding on your server.
I use RedHat Linux and the following works for me.
Look in the /etc/sysconfig/network file and add/change the line
FORWARD_IPV4="yes"
Now all you need to do is define this machine as the gateway on the machines
on your subnets.
For the 192.168.1.X machines, the gateway would be 192.168.1.101 and for the
192.168.2.X machines, it would be 192.168.2.1
Thats all you need to do. :-)
