Hi Vijay,
I recently developed a "Self Similar" traffic generator for an NS like
simulator. The code is in Java and uses Vern Paxson's "Fourier Transform
Method" to generate the Self Similar traces.
The code can easily be modified to generate http requests or udp packets.
Let me know if you are interested I'll post it on my web site along with
the traces for various H parameters.
