I use nfs3's patches of both client and server from "www.sgi.com" and build a kernel that supports nfs3. Run some preliminary test on NFS and I find out that the performance is poor, roughly 3 times slower than NFS2. Don't know where to look for potential problem, anyone has suggestions?
