Hi, Rick.
In theory, this list is for general Linux networking advice, problem
reports, queries, etc.
In theory, [EMAIL PROTECTED] is for the core networking development and
is hence the list you should use. netdev is ramping up a bit at
present, but I don't believe that all the right people are on it yet
(Linus and Alan, for example).
In practice, if your driver is 100% ready to go, I suggest you use
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to submit it :( Everyone else does...
If, however, you believe that there may be some issues which still need
examination I'd use netdev.
