FTP users

Hello,

This may be the wrong list, sorry if so, but:

I'm using RedHat 6.0 and I want to know how to keep real ftp users from
being able to cd up out of their home directories. I've checked the
wu-ftpd FAQ page and read the man pages but can't seem to figure it
out.  Maybe I'm trying to do the wrong thing...
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
