        Two ways...

        Install the SRPM and look in /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES, if on a RedHat
system or look in /usr/src/turbo/SOURCES if on TurboLinux (your milage may
vary on the other distros).

        There is a the format conversion utility "alien":
