Radio link between two buildings

Hi all,

I am thinking of setting up a radio link for our Network 
between some of our buildings.

The distance is in one case aprox 1000 meters
and in the other case 2000 meters
within direct sight ( 6th floor to 16th floor)

I would much appriciate a bit of advice on equipment required.
