See header of sch_red.c. It is very useful.
However, in sch_red.c it says
Wlog = log(1/W)
max_P=(qth_max-qth_min)/2^Plog
equivalent to
Plog=log(P_max/(qth_max-qth_min))
and in pkt_sched.h
Wlog = log(W)
Plog=log(P_max/(qth_max-qth_min))
I believe the first ones are correct
