tcpdump3.4 on token ring (linux 2.3.99)

tcpdump3.4 runs well on the token ring interface with kernel 2.2.14. But
when I tried to run it on 2.3.99, it complained "unknown physical layer
type 0x320". Does anyone know the cause of the problem?
