By the way, for those who use windows/outlook express:
If you configure your system to show all file extensions, in the attachment
list you'll see "LIFE_STAGES.TXT.SHS", instead of just "LIFE_STAGES.TXT",
and the same for .txt.vbs files. (Though the shs extension doesn't show up
in explorer, it shows on the attachment list in outlook express and it also
shows on the command prompt - see why so many people love command prompts?
:-)
When you see a file with two extensions, it's at the very least suspicious,
so you shouldn't open it.
