Hi all, I have recently asked about TC tools and isolated keyword. I want to thanks all Charl Matthee for his help. Now I have more TC conf questions. First one is again about Priority queueing. The document at snafu.freedom.org doesn't say nothing about what priomap components are (P1, P2, ... ) and the code neither. Is there anymore information about this? How can I select which "map" to use? Firewall mark? ToS value? The second one is about CBQ parameters: what is cell parameter? I think it is involved in calculating the link-sharing for a class in a specific interval, and assure that this class receives all assigned bandwidth during congestion intervals. I've tried to understand the equation in cbq kernel implementation but i couldn't. And what about "allot"? Is there any difference between "allot" and "weight"? As you maybe know all of this involves link-sharing parameters as described in Sally Floyd link-sharing documents. Thanks all in advance.
