I open about 5-10 connections simultaneously to a server and after a while the client starts
reporting
"Can't connect:Resource temporarily unavailable".
Sure enuf, cat /proc/slabinfo shows :

tcp_bind_bucket 3997 4064
.
Whereas it was 14 127 before the program began. I've tested this on
2.2.12 and 2.2.14. Is this a stack problem..? Can I find a patch for it..?
Or it is my program, after all..?
I would be grateful for any help.
