Suggested reading for linux

Can anyone point me into right direction on where do I need to start for
Linux Networking I want to integrate it with current NT System right now I
am trying to read related Howtos but I would also prefer if I could get
some good commercial books that would be of help in my learning Linux. Any
help would be highly appreciated.
