/etc/issue.net and /etc/motd - the first they see before they log in, and

to stay when you reboot, you need to modify /etc/rc.d/rc.local.

last will show you who logged in. For the rest, look at the files in
/var/log - they will give you most of it. I would sugest you read the
files in /usr/doc/HOWTO.
