Hi all, I am able to partialy configure Specialix 8 port ISA card. I
followed following steps in configuring the card.
1 insmod specialix
2. made an entry in /etc/conf.modules.
3. created ttyS4-ttyS11 devices in /etc/devices directory.
The doubt here is in my RedHat 6.1 server specialix.o creates cua1 - cua11
devices.
When i put an entry in /etc/inittab to activate the port it respawns very
fast. Can any one guide me other steps so that i can configure my card to
use that for ppp dial in services.
mu ppp dialin services are running OK on com1 and com2 ports
