Hi all,
I installed RHLinux7 on a box (Dell Dimension
4100)which already has w2k professional. After
rebooting, I didn't get LILO (although I did choose to
use LILO in MBR), and it went right through to win
booting. I don't think this is a machine specific
issue since I did the same installation on a notebook
(Micron TransPort Trek2) and got the same result - no
LILO. Is there a known issue that you cannot use LILO
with w2k professional? Is there any way to get around
with the problem and use LILO? I'd appreciate any
comments or ideas.
