Not necessarily, try http://updates.redhat.com/xxx where xxx is your version number. From what I understand, perl scripts are available once installed can do the updates for you. However krud is probably going to be a better value than rhns since both cost he same but krud provides a set of cd's and more stuff than rhns does.
