videocard builtin mode

Hi all,

Will anybody help me with following problem: when I start X server it
uses the videocard builtin mode 320x200 and I can see only a small
part of the desktop. In /etc/XF86Config I set 800x600 (virtual the
same). Where I should look to fix it?
