ppp in SlackWare 3.5

Can someone give me help on setting up PPP for Slackware 3.5? I just got X 
working now thanks to someone on the list helping with that and now I need 
some help on setting up ppp so i can dial out and get out on the internet. 
any help with this would be greatly appreciated :)
