Do you want the Linux box to be a file server? Then mars-nwe provides a
free Netware 3.12 emulator. A full fledged Netware 4.1 server? Then
Caldera has the real thing ported to Linux;

They have also OpenDos/Personal Netware which could be a low end client.
If your network is already running TCP/IP then you could set up your
