Wordperfect and Applixware both have great word processors (I hear) but
unless you want to pay for it, StarOffice is your choice. It is free
for linux! Version 4.0 is really cool and is more than just a word
processor. Version 5.0 is due out..um.. well.. soon.
Be forewarned, though..a full install takes up about 170 meg (You can do
a custom install and bring it down to around 100 meg) and it is a 56 meg
download (!).
read about it here http://www.stardivision.com
get it here ftp://ftp.stardivision.com/pub/so4/linux/sp3/01/
If you are using RH 5.1 I suggest you read this carefully first
http://www.cpureview.com/art_instsf4_a.html before installing (that glib
stuff is a pain IMHO)
