0.99F works only with the 3c905B Cyclone boards, and no earlier boards.
0.99E mostly works with all boards, but has does not bring the Cyclone back
from D3-cold mode.
I will be releasing v0.99G Real Soon Now, but my "release canidates" keep
revealing little buglets.
