That can be done in /etc/sysconfig/network

GATEWAY=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

check also /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 and see if the network,
broadcast and netmask addresses are all defined.

Another way to do it all ( i suppose the easy way) is in X (as root) use the
control pannel, network configuration i belive its called.
