anyone try virtual host

Dear friends:

1. I interest in Virtual host in apache webserver, but I got dizzy when
read its doc about multi-ip. So would you please give me a example about
your settings? or tell me how does it function?

(I tried a little but fail,  played  RE-route  )

2. how can I run a windows operation bar or FVWM wharf at xterm? I want
re-define my desktop with several bar on it.
