I presume you're talking about PPP. If so then read the PPP howto's
somewhere under /usr/doc (each distro seems to put them someplace
different. grr.)

edit /etc/fstab and check man fstab as wto what goes where if you can't
figure out that info from your existing one (or if it's not present).
I'd show you mine but my modem dropped the line and I can't get to it
(and I've forgotten to make it autoredial... :/)
