compile errors and warnings

I've got the infomagic cd set with
slakware 3.5.0 | linux-2.0.34
and I've downloaded linux-2.0.35
both have the same errors and warnings.
I:
cd /usr/src/linux
make mrproper
make config
make dep
make clean
make zImage or make zdisk
I get warnings that contain:
'control reaches end of non-void function'
'__constant_memcpy'
cpp output pipe has been closed
gcc Internal compiler error program cc1 fatal signal 11

What dis mean?
