Absoft do a very good one (I have it, though I haven't yet been able to use
it, but the sysadmin here has and says it's excellent). NAG also do Fortran
90 compilers for a number of platforms, almost certainly including Linux.
You'll have to pay for these, and you can find email addresses via the usual
web pages on commercial software for Linux. I'm not aware of a free Fortran
90 compiler for Linux.
ObTrivia: to show that the language has moved out of the dark ages, the
official name is Fortran 90, not FORTRAN 90.
