Barebone??

Hi All!,,

I was looking last night at the "onsale" site (www.onsale.com) and saw
this ad.

        IBM Valuepoint 486 Barebone Desktop System $ 19.00

Can anyone tell me what is mean by barebone? I.E. would this have any RAM,
HD, etc? If I got this what should I expect to have?
