Sometimes when I use vi, the terminal freezes. I don't know what it is I
type to make this happen, except usually it's been something I'd intended
for another terminal: a keyboard fumble. I'm still diagnosing what causes
this to happen, but I thought somebody may recognize the symptoms.
Pressing Esc, :, or ^c does nothing. Killing the bash process from
another terminal is the only thing I've found to free the terminal;
killing vim leaves it frozen.
Has anyone else seen this behavior?
