X server & clients

        Hi all,
 I posed the same question about a month ago, and got no answer. Thought
of trying my luck again. I got two machines running linux. Both of them
have X installed, but only one of them has netscape. On the other machine
I start X, go into a xterm, do a telnet on the first machine. Then I do a:
'export DISPLAY=my_IP_address:0.0'
and a
'netscape &'

 And it gives me an error about 'could not connect to the X server.
Connection refused.'
        Any ideas???
