I currently have the same problem. Simple mounting of (my) /dev/hdd/
doesn't work. As my HOWTO says, for the parallel-port ZIP there's a PPA
driver available, at
http://www.torque.net/~campbell/ppa/
which seems to be required to use a ZIP. Haven't tried it yet, no idea
if this also works with an ATAPI (like mine), but maybe something to
start with. If there are any more useful infos, I'd also be glad to know
them. :)
