Whoa! that's a troublesome chip you have there. I too have an OPti931
- actually my whole card is made by OPti, however since the chip is
the same, I guess what worked for me, will work for you.

I'd suggest you look up www.sequel.demon.co.uk/opti.html for a
different method of setting up your card. The ordinary method
failed however hard I tried, it works perfectly now. Hope it works
for you too, mail me if any problems, can't promise but can try to
help!
