I would look at the Practical Peripherals and US Robotics modems.  Most
of their modems that I have worked with are standard modems and follow
most, if not all, of the Standard AT commands.  I hope this helps, (I
don't know about their newest modems, but I would believe that they
would have some standard (non-win) modems....)
