Tried it on myself and it worked very nicely, gave me the name of my ISP and

When I run it on the IP I'm looking for I get the following reply:

DOD Network Information Center (JMCIS-BLOCK) JMCIS-BLOCK
                                                     205.0.0.0 - 205.117.255.0
DOD Network Information Center (NETBLK-JMCIS-BLOCK1) JMCIS-BLOCK1
                                                    205.0.0.0 - 205.63.255.255

What company/ISP would this correspond to? Any ideas?
