All is done pretty fast. All you have to do is to boot Linux from
a floppy and than delete all Linux partitions. You can do this as well if
you boot from a distribution CD, erase the Linux partitions, than cancel
install. Than you run fips and this time you will increase the windoze
partition to the max size. There are many other ways, but this is the
reverse operation you wanted.
