AfterStep 1.4

Hi, I have installed AfterStep 1.4 in my RedHat Linux 5.0. My problem is
the next:

I read the instruction and I made "cp -R /usr/share/afterstep/GNUStep ~"
I've added a new entry in start/Applications/Office named Emacs with
this content: "emacs &"
Why my new entry it's always below "PS Viewer"? I want it above "PS
Viewer"
