Sounds like you have lilo installed on the master boot record.  All you
need to do is boot on a DOS boot floppy with fdisk on it.  From the
a:prompt, just type "fdisk /mbr" and the master boot record will be
rewritten to defaults.  This will not affect NT -- NTLDR starts after
MBR in the boot process.
